In Stock "GT" Guarantee
Every Plumbers Supply location in the greater St. Louis area (excludes Meyer Supply locations) will guarantee to have our 350 most popular items in stock for pick-up at every branch. If Plumbers Supply does not have the item in stock as promised, we will provide the customer with a $35 coupon that can be applied to future payments. Each customer is limited to 1 coupon per day.
On Time Delivery "GT" Guarantee
For delivery orders received prior to 2:00pm, every Plumbers Supply branch will guarantee same-day delivery of any in-stock item from another branch within 2 hours of approved order placement or will guarantee delivery by 7:00am or an agreed upon delivery time the following business day for approved orders received after 2:00pm. For any scheduled delivery in the greater St. Louis area that arrives more than 5 minutes after the scheduled delivery time, Plumbers Supply will provide the customer with a $35 coupon that can be applied to future payments. Each customer is limited to 1 coupon per day.
