Meyer Supply Company Merges with Plumbers Supply Company
Cape Girardeau, MO - October 31, 2011: Meyer Supply Company (MSC), a leading wholesale plumbing supplier in southeast Missouri announced a merger with Plumbers Supply Company (PSC), based in St. Louis, Missouri. Meyer Supply and Plumbers Supply will continue to operate under their current names and current management. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The merger with PSC allows MSC to better serve the industry needs of its diverse customer base. This includes commercial, residential, utility, hospitality and light industrial clients. Customers will benefit from expanded product offerings along with enhanced fulfillment and delivery capabilities.
Meyer Supply has built it's reputation since 1982 as the premier wholesale plumbing supplier in southeast Missouri featuring plumbing fixtures, pipe, valves, fittings and utility supplies to residential, commercial and utility contractors (www.meyersupplyco.com). Included in this acquisition was the impressive Plumbing Haus showroom that covers approximately 5,000 sq feet and is considered a Kohler Registered Showroom.
